J & K *

J and K serve with a Seattle-based organization, they are located in Istanbul, Turkey. From this base they provide strategic support, resources and implementation of projects in North Africa and Central Asia. They will also be working locally in Istanbul building relationships with neighbors.

Before joining iPursuit, they spent their first year of marriage working in Malawi, Africa helping start an orphan care initiative and micro-business in village areas. After returning to the states in 2005, they continued working out of the same ministry’s headquarters where J did assessment, training and strategic support and security for workers in countries around the world. J has also worked in the business world founding an investment company which he managed until late 2008.

J and K have three children: E (August 2005) and twins L and A (November 2007).

Both are involved at First Christian Church in Fort Myers where J plays guitar for the worship team and teaches Wednesday night classes and K is involved in women's ministry.

They are leaving for Istanbul in July 2009.
