JD and Jenny Whitney

J.D. and Jenny Whitney work for NMSI at the Center for Global Outreach (CGO). J.D. is an Executive Vice President and Jenny works on curriculum development. They have two boys, Corban (born 12/24/06) and Josiah (3/15/08). Jenny has a Masters Degree in Intercultural Studies and TESOL from Wheaton College and J.D. has an MBA in International Development from Hope International University.

J.D. and Jenny were both born in California and met in college at HIU. They moved to Fort Myers in 2000 to work with NMSI. At that time, Jenny co-directed  the GoGlobal program (youth short-term projects) and J.D. worked in worship and spiritual formation. Then Jenny served in China and J.D. in Kenya before they were married in 2004. After marriage they worked together in Kenya with NMSI's AfricaHope project. They returned to the CGO in 2008 to work in their current roles.
