Phil and Gwen Hudson

Phil and Gwen, his wife since 1973, ministered in Kenya from 1978-1992 among the Maasai tribe. They raised three children and one foster child.

Ralph Brune, founder of New Mission Systems International, asked Phil to join New Mission Systems International in 1993 to work in what was then the Soviet Union as Director of International Operations. When Ralph left, Phil moved into the leadership position.

Phil completed a Masters degree in Intercultural Communication in 1993 graduating from Fuller Theological Seminary's School of World Mission, in Pasadena, CA. Phil's undergraduate work was in Missions and Early Childhood Education at Atlanta Christian College. Gwen is a Registered Nurse and also has graduate missions education.

Phil is President/CEO of New Mission Systems International and oversees the overall vision and health of the mission. Gwen works in various roles within the Center for Global Outreach and provides hospitality and mentoring regularly.
