What does a ministry win looks like: "When a volunteer feels filled with the joy and blessing of the Spirit because they shared their love and time leading children closer to Jesus, or when the eyes of a child sparkle with recognition that they have a church family and leaders that love them and will help them grow in their love for Jesus."
